New opportunity for a qualified hospitality experienced Finance Manager skilled in both strategic & operational accounting to join this 5
* luxury property based in Sandton.
Leadership of the Finance & Accounting function of the property, body corporate & rental pool. As a member of the Executive Committee, the Finance Manager is responsible for demonstrating excellent financial controls including analytical & accounting skills which include forecasting, revenue management, capital expenditure planning, budgeting, monthly reports to Head Office & periodic Body Corporate reporting packs.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) advantageous.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge in a Hotel environment of POS, INFOR, Nebula, systems, Materials Control, VIP & Accpac or similar Accounting Packages, & MS Excel
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Effective communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
