The Customer Renewals and Retentions Specialist at Ford Credit plays a critical role in fostering long‑term customer relationships and ensuring the sustained loyalty of our valued financing customers. This position is responsible for proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and develop tailored solutions that encourage the renewal of financing agreements and prevent customer liquidation. The specialist will leverage data‑driven insights to identify at‑risk customers and implement effective strategies to maximize customer lifetime value within the Ford Credit portfolio.

  Check different types of information for accuracy and inconsistency.

  Provide specialist business analysis to deliver on projects.

Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required).
