Are you a finance professional looking to bring your analytical thinking to a vibrant and forward-thinking company? As our new Claims Accountant you'll have the unique chance to contribute directly to the financial well-being of our operations. Your expertise will be responsible for managing, analyzing and reporting on claims-related financial transactions. This role ensures accurate accounting of claims, compliance within controls and support decision-making by providing insights into claims performance and risks.

The role is fixed term contract.

• Claims Accounting & Reporting
• Record, reconcile and monitor claims-related financial transactions
• Engage with customers and internal Reckitt stakeholders to obtain necessary information and proof of performance to settle claims. Provide bi-weekly reports on claims tracking and performance for senior leadership review. Ensure compliance with IFRS and Reckitt internal accounting policies.
• Controls & Compliance
  • Maintain strong internal controls over claims accounting.
  • Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
  • Ensure compliance with requirements and company policies.
• Claims Analysis
  • Investigate variances and trends in claims data to help drive process improvement.
  • Provide financial insights to support claims management and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve claims processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• 1-3 years experience in accounting, ideally with exposure to claims, insurance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in SAP preferred; advanced Excel skills required.

Project Management, Financial Reporting, Accounting principles, Financial Analysis and reporting.
