Are you a results‑driven Management Accountant with a passion for costing and reporting? This opportunity offers the chance to take ownership of financial insights, controls and reporting that support operational performance within a dynamic agriculture environment.

• Prepare monthly management account packs and financial reports for leadership and board review
• Manage payment control and disbursement processes to ensure accuracy and strong cash flow management
• Perform detailed costing and analysis across the value chain
• Oversee procurement processes and financial tracking of purchases
• Prepare and review reconciliations, journals and invoicing
• Submit SARS returns and ensure statutory compliance
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across operations and finance
• Support reporting preparation, reviews and variance analysis
• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision‑making

• BCom in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
• CIMA advantageous
• Industry experience in agriculture/animal farming highly beneficial
• Strong costing and value chain understanding
• Experience with management accounts, reporting and reconciliations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hands‑on, operational finance environment
