Manager: Treasury & Financial Risk

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Treasury and Financial Risk Management projects across multiple clients.
• Design and review treasury governance frameworks, policies, and risk management processes.
• Advise on liquidity risk, funding risk, capital management, ALM, FTP, and hedging strategies.
• Gather and document business requirements while managing stakeholder expectations and regulatory considerations.
• Support treasury system implementations, enhancements, and post-implementation reviews.
• Drive business development initiatives through proposal preparation, thought leadership, and client engagement.
• Coach and develop junior team members while contributing to the growth of the practice.

• BCom Honours in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• CA(SA), CFA, FRM, or equivalent professional qualification advantageous.

• Minimum 5 years' experience within Treasury, Financial Risk Management, Banking, Consulting, Advisory, or Financial Services environments.
• Strong exposure to Treasury Risk, Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, ALM, Funding, or Balance Sheet Management.
• Experience managing projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Previous consulting or advisory experience will be advantageous.
