** plays a specialised role in delivering efficient, professional, and compliant foreign exchange services to international inbound and outbound travellers. This role focuses on the sales, service, and delivery of International Banking travel products while offering value added solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.

** Are you someone who can:
*** Deliver efficient and professional foreign exchange cash services to international inbound and outbound travellers
* Address customer needs proactively to meet or exceed service expectations
* Sell and deliver International Banking travel products and services
* Identify cross selling opportunities and generate leads to support business growth
* Offer value added solutions aligned to customer travel and foreign exchange needs
* Manage teller differences and minimise exchange losses in line with policy
* Maintain effective control of foreign notes and traveller’s cheques
* Ensure accurate processing of foreign exchange transactions and reconciliation
* Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements
* Adhere strictly to approved processes and procedures within the foreign exchange environment
* Take ownership of customer queries and resolve them timeously and professionally
* Continuously assess personal performance and seek feedback to drive improvement
* Participate in training and development to maintain technical accuracy and compliance
** Qualification & Experience Requirement**

* Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12/ NQF Level 4**
* ** Preferred

Qualification:

NQF Level 5 Certificate
** in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields
* ** 1–3 years of experience
** in client services support and delivery or a foreign exchange service, or international banking environment
** You will be an ideal candidate if you possess the following**:
* Strong understanding of foreign exchange products, cash handling, and controls
* Knowledge of compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements in a banking environment
* Proven ability to identify sales opportunities while maintaining service excellence
* High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
