Hire Resolve has partnered with a Medical Billing company that provides medical practitioners with a range of medical account administration to find a Billing Agent Expert Leader to join their team in Johannesburg.

• Patient data capturing
• Patient Billing for a variety of Specialist Doctors, Allied, GP’s
• Have expert knowledge on charge codes and ICD
  10 codes for all Specialists, Allied and GP’s
• Receipt and distribution of billing
• Billing optimisation
• Understands the various medical aid agreements
• Ensure correctness of billing and abide by each practice’s agreement
• Billing queries
• Double‑check correctness of billing before posting
• Record keeping of queries
• Keep up to date with new billing rules in the industry by any means necessary.
• Follow the SAMA billing guide
• Review workflows to determine effectiveness and opportunities
• Excellent communicator
• Bill for all specialist doctors

• Matric
• Basic and Intermediate ICD‑10 coding advantageous
• 6+ years Experience

• Salary: R180K/yr - R300K/yr, negotiable
