The Opportunity

This role is for someone who enjoys leading wellness programmes and wants to work where your ideas can make a real change in people’s lives. You will manage wellness work across clinics and client sites in Germiston, with a salary between R35 000 and R70 000, based on your experience. You will grow your skills in wellness planning, medical claims, reporting, and client care while working with a company known for strong hands-on support.

Our client is a well-established provider of occupational health, wellness, medical surveillance, travel medicine, primary care, EAP support and safety training. They support companies across South Africa in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and services. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage annual wellness medicals, MUST KNOW Discovery claims process.

• Plan and run wellness days, screenings and mental health activities.

• Work with clients on wellness needs and provide clear wellness reports.

• Handle wellness data, follow-ups and compliance documents.

• Support EAP work, counselling referrals and staff well-being activities.

Experience & Qualifications

• Background in wellness, occupational health, nursing, public health or psychology.

• 3–8+ years in wellness programme management.

• Experience working with Discovery for annual wellness medical claims (non-negotiable).

• Ability to manage client relationships, wellness reporting, and multi-site work.

• Knowledge of occupational health standards and workplace wellness needs.

• Strong admin, planning and communication skills.
