Hire Resolve has partnered with a Medical Billing company that provides medical practitioners with a range of medical account administration to find a Billing Agent Expert Leader to join their team in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities

Patient data capturing

Patient Billing for a variety of Specialist Doctors, Allieds, GP’s

Have expert knowledge on charge codes and ICD
10 codes for all Specialists,

Allieds and GP’s

Receipt and distribution of billing

Billing optimisation

Understands the various medical aid agreements

Ensure correctness of billing and abide by each practice’s agreement

Billing queries

Double-check correctness of billing before posting

Record keeping of queries

Keep up to date with new billing rules in the industry by any means necessary.

Follow the SAMA billing guide

Review workflows to determine effectiveness and opportunities

Excellent communicator

Bill for all specialist doctors

Requirements

Matric

Basic and Intermediate ICD
-10 coding advantageous

6+ years Experience

Benefits

Salary: R180K/yr – R300K/yr, negotiable
