The Opportunity

This opportunity is designed for a Project Manager who wants stability, responsibility, and steady career growth. You will earn R30,000 – R40,000 per month (CTC) while managing meaningful health and medical projects that directly support people in the workplace. You will be trusted to run projects end to end, work closely with management, and see the results of your work across multiple sites.

The business delivers workplace clinics, medical surveillance, wellness programmes, and health compliance solutions in regulated environments. What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and manage health and medical-related projects from start to finish

• Coordinate clinic rollouts, upgrades, and operational improvements

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and allocated resources

• Work closely with medical staff, suppliers, and internal teams

• Track project risks, resolve issues, and report progress to management

What You’ll Need

• Proven project management experience in a regulated environment

• Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables

• Understanding of healthcare, medical, or health services operations

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or Health Management

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage

• Experience in healthcare, medical services, or multi-site operations preferred
