Role Overview

The Finder Affiliate is an entry-level recruitment role, ideal for individuals seeking part-time work or a career in recruitment. The primary responsibility is to identify and submit potential candidates and client leads via provided links. Once submissions are made, the responsibility shifts to Lead Generators for further processing.

• Submit candidate referrals through a unique submission link
• Submit potential client leads through a unique submission link
• Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and non-duplicative
• Follow Millennial Nxt guidelines and instructions for submissions
• Maintain transparency for weekly reporting

• Working laptop or desktop computer
• Reliable internet connection
• Dedicated Google account (for Chrome, Google Forms, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Interest in recruitment or sales is a plus

• 5% commission on successfully placed candidates and converted client leads
• Earnings compound monthly based on ongoing candidate placements and client leads
• No cap on earning potential

• Work flexibly from home

After consistent performance (minimum 3 months, required submissions and engagement), eligible for promotion to Lead Generator Affiliate.
