Senior HR Manager
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
About You :A skilled leader with expertise in talent acquisition, training and development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, labour legislation compliance, industrial relations, and employment equity planning.
Able to develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
An effective communicator, able to collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and objectives.
Lead the management of compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, training & development, and employee relations programs.
Ensure full compliance with labour legislation, including the Labour Relations Act, BCEA, EEA, and Skills Development Act.
Oversee Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including union engagement, dispute resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Drive Business and Behavioral Based Employment Equity strategy and implementation, ensuring alignment with sector charters and scorecard targets.
Champion Employment Equity planning and reporting, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
