Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our growing team. You will work on diverse projects for large corporate clients, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and cloud-native tools to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data science problems.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical analyses.
• Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable data pipelines and solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and cloud computing.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with SQL and data engineering concepts.
• Proven ability to work in a consulting or client-facing environment is a strong advantage.

• Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production.
• Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks).
• Exposure to business domains such as finance, retail, or telecommunications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
