Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our growing team. You will work on diverse projects for large corporate clients, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and cloud-native tools to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data science problems.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical analyses.
- Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable data pipelines and solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and cloud computing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with SQL and data engineering concepts.
- Proven ability to work in a consulting or client-facing environment is a strong advantage.
- Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production.
- Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks).
- Exposure to business domains such as finance, retail, or telecommunications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
