What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting desktop and server environments for client sites:

• Install, configure, and support all Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.
• Resolve support calls both at customer sites and via remote connection.
• Perform general hardware installation and troubleshooting for both desktop and server equipment.
• Conduct remote administration of client servers and workstations.
• Maintain detailed desktop and server configuration documentation for client sites.
• Execute orders and manage service follow-ups with external suppliers.

Experience & Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated engineer with the following essential experience:

• You must have at least a Matriculation certificate.
• You have 3–5 years of concurrent IT work experience, including at least two years of server support and maintenance.
• You have an A+, Server+, N+ or similar qualification. An International MCSA or MCSE is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and Office applications is required.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory administration (creating users, resetting passwords).
• Experience with Office 365 configuration and administration.
• Familiarity with backup solutions like Veeam and server hardware systems like RAID.
• Good knowledge of TCP P networking and experience in configuring routers and wireless access points.
