osition Overview: As a Business Intelligence Analyst with a specialized focus on SSIS, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust ETL processes to streamline data integration and support our advanced analytics initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, develop scalable data solutions, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ETL development.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data integration and reporting needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure the reliability and performance of data pipelines.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across different systems.
• Document ETL processes, data mappings, and data lineage to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) in a business intelligence or data warehousing environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL programming and database management with a solid understanding of relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with data modeling principles and dimensional modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• Experience with other business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik View is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in SQL Server or business intelligence technologies are desirable.
