Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join their team. As a Senior Scrum Master you will play a pivotal role in facilitating Agile practices, coaching teams, and driving continuous
improvement within an organization.

Responsibilities:

Implementing Agile framework . Scrum, SAFE

Running all Agile related ceremonies

Managing project delivery and deadlines

Agile Training and workshops

Leadership and influence change

Metrics and reporting and presenting to key stakeholders (EXCO, MANCO, Business Leads)

Involved in large project releases requiring change management

Requirements:

6+ years as a Scrum Master in Software Development environments

Coach Agile teams

Facilitate Agile ceremonies

Drive agile frameworks and adoption in development and across the company

Remove impediments

Provide agile training and workshops

Agile metrics and delivery reporting

Facilitate change management and agility
