We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow key enterprise accounts across South Africa and abroad. You will drive strategic engagements, manage the full enterprise sales cycle, and collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver cloud-native and software development solutions that create real business impact.
Responsibilities- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across key sectors (financial services, public sector, telecoms, etc.)
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles — from opportunity identification to contract signature
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to shape tailored solutions
- Promote AWS-based offerings and co-sell with AWS and other partners
- Develop account plans, forecast revenue, and consistently meet/exceed quota
- Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline, activity, and customer insights
- Represent Developmenthub at industry events, summits, and client meetings
- 5–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a software development or cloud solutions environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-rand annual revenue targets
- Experience selling or co-selling cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) into enterprise accounts
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and IT project delivery models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable selling both services and SaaS products
- Advantageous
: - Additional AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect – Associate)
- Experience with CRM and prospecting tools
- Prior experience in fast-paced scale-up or partner-led environments
- Understanding of government, parastatals, or regulated industries
