We are seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-impact technology solutions. As a servant leader and agile champion, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a high-performing team environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the team adheres to agile values and principles, while continuously improving team dynamics, delivery practices, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate agile ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming. - Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices and values.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high team performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well‑organized, prioritized, and clearly articulated product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to the teams progress, escalating issues when necessary.
- Monitor key metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint burndown) to track progress and guide agile maturity.
- Support cross‑team coordination and dependency management.
- Coach team members, stakeholders, and leadership on agile mindsets and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Promote and ensure agile compliance and agile delivery governance, if applicable.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required:
- 5‑7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator.
- Proven experience leading one or more Scrum teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience working with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Rally, Miro).
- Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in scaled agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Background in software development or technical project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops and CI/CD practices.
