IT Software Solutions Client Account Service Manager for External Companies – in the Life insurance Industry. Agile Scrum. Permanent position, Hybrid.

Must be living in JHB OR Pretoria (preferably); work at client site about three times a week in Pretoria.

Must have a Matric.

Must have IT Software qualifications OR any other relative certificates in IT software development, OR Other.

Must have gained experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). IT Software Solutions is essential.

Driver’s License and own Transport.

Must have 3‑5+ years working experience as a Digital External Client Services/Account Manager or similar for External Companies in the Life Insurance industry / or Lending / Loans / or Healthcare essential.

Must have working experience in Software Solutions within the Life Insurance / Funeral cover / Risk Insurance Industry – this is essential.

Experience working with internal IT Software development team to provide IT Dev Ops Software Solutions that the External Company’s want to be developed.

Must have working experience in Agile Scrum, Project Administration in External Client Services.

Must be prepared to travel personally to External clients /Company’s premises whenever needed.

• Work with External clients/Companies +internal IT and service providers according to the required processes and system solutions.
• First line system support to clients.
• Manage and participate in Operational Meetings and reporting.
• Manage all External Company’s project scope changes.
• Direct support to developers to clarify client requirements.
• Manage and participate in tasks through each of the key areas of the SDLC, including classification, prioritization, business requirements, design, testing, user training and deployments.
• System and system environment administration, release management and configuration.
• General System, Process and Client Communication.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy, compliance and productivity.
• Develop skills to enhance personal effectiveness and efficiency.

Monthly Salary: R30 000 – R 70 000 CTC per Month (the Salary is dependent on years of relevant working experience gained regarding this Vacancy only as well as current Salary earned).

Please Note:

A Pension Fund of between 4% - 11% of your Monthly Salary will be deducted from your Monthly Salary, which is mandatory for all employees, the full amount would be also deducted from your Monthly Salary – this is not negotiable. NB: (the Company does not contribute to the Pension Fund at all).
