• Assistindefiningtheoperationalbusinessrequirementsofthebusiness(KPI'S,SLA'sprocessesandproceduresandreporting) throughtranslatingorganisationalstrategyintofunctionalstrategyandassigningaccountabilitytorelevantstakeholders
• Effectivelymanagethedeliveryofservicestothestakeholdersbyestablishinggovernanceforumsandbyunderstanding,assessingandmanagingescalatedrisksassociatedwithprogrammesandprojects
• Optimisetheeffectivenessofresourcesthroughmodellingcapacityrequirementsacrossfullportfolioandbyunderstandingandcommunicatingimpactofcapacityrequirements
• Ensureoptimalorganisingofenvironmentbyspecifyingthenatureofcapacityrequirementsinalignmentwithstrategicpriorityandbyactivelymanagingthecapacityoftheprojectmanagersintheteamandnegotiatewherecapacityconstraintsoccur
• Ensureendtoenddesignisalignedtoarchitectureroadmapsbyunderstandingthelandscapeandthroughregularengagementwithrelevantstakeholders
• Ensureeffectiveoptimisationofsystems,processesandtechnologybydoingroutecauseanalysisandtakingcorrectivemeasurementandensuringstandardsdefinedpertechnologywithregardtointegrationsareadheredtotakeresponsibilityforimplementationofprogrammeandprojectgovernancethatalignstoprojectmethodologies,processesandprojectdisciplines

• Contributetoacultureconducivetotheachievementoftransformationgoalsandsupportbusinessstrategiesthatimprovethecorporateimagebyensuringself,managersandteamparticipationinNedbankculturebuildinginitiatives
• Participateandensuremanagersencouragestafftoparticipateandsupportcorporatesocialresponsibilityinitiativesfortheachievementofbusinessstrategy
