System Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Analyst with at least 5 years of Tier 3 systems engineering experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions. Expertise in

• Provide Tier 3 support and advanced troubleshooting for infrastructure systems.
• Design and implement solutions across Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure platforms.
• Administer and optimize Windows Server environments.
• Manage and maintain Dell storage and backup systems.
• Oversee virtualization infrastructure using VMWare.
• Support and maintain Cisco UCS server infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching, including SD-WAN technologies.
• Administer Mimecast email security and archiving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Document system architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Participate in strategic planning and infrastructure projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering at Tier 3 level.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure (non-negotiable).
• Strong experience with Dell storage and backup solutions.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Expertise in VMWare virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco UCS and enterprise hardware.
• Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching, including SD-WAN.
• Experience with Mimecast email security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Matric and a relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP, VMware VCP).
• Experience in enterprise-scale IT environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
