We are seeking a Senior Information Management Specialist to lead, coordinate, and integrate information management practices and business processes within the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Centre of Excellence. This role plays a critical part in driving data governance, literacy, and strategy to ensure reliable, insight-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Lead resource planning and management to ensure effective delivery and business continuity.
• Establish and chair data management working groups across departments.
• Develop and maintain the EIM Service Catalogue and related service level agreements.
• Oversee data management deliverables
  , skills requirements, and resource allocation.
• Promote data management literacy and support training initiatives for stakeholders.
• Develop business continuity and recovery plans for data-related systems.
• Chair the EIM Change Advisory Board and manage data-related change processes.
• Coordinate and assess Data Management Maturity across the organization.
• Develop and implement standards, frameworks, and procedures for data governance.
• Foster effective stakeholder relationships to enhance data awareness and decision quality.
• Produce integrated reports on EIM operations, governance, and performance.

• Honours degree (NQF
  8) in Informatics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related.
• 810 years of experience in data and information management.
• A data management certification (e.g., CDMP Practitioner) is an advantage.
