General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites
  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and user experience
  • Responsible for the front-end and back-end development
  • Collaborate with other front-end and back-end development to implement new features and improve existing ones.
  • As a Web Analyst you would collaborate with the Data Analysts to analyse website performance metrics and user behaviour, monitor website traffic, track SEO performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
  • Work with the marketing, designing and analytics team to design and implement landing pages
  • Collaborate with the designing team to create visually appealing graphics, banners, and other design elements for websites.
  • Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
  • Responsible for project management related duties to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters, designers, and SEO specialists, to deliver comprehensive web solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Current Projects:

  • Redesigning corporate websites for major clients to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Conducting a comprehensive SEO audit and implementing on-page and off-pageoptimizations for several clients.
  • Creating a series of landing pages and email templates for an upcoming marketing campaign.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Web development, Graphic design, or related field.
  • Design/Creative experience beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
    environment.
