A large multi-site group is seeking an experienced Senior Network & Systems Administrator to manage, secure and optimise enterprise network and server environments.

• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, Wi‑Fi and Internet connectivity across multiple sites
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure
• Server administration:
  Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, file/share permissions
• Microsoft 365 & Azure AD (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
• Network security, backups, disaster recovery & business continuity
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot escalated issues, manage emergencies
• Support hybrid cloud/on‑prem environments
• Maintain documentation, firmware updates, patching and backups
• Mentor junior IT staff and liaise with vendors/service providers

• Matric
• 5+ years’ experience in IT Administration / Network Engineering
• Strong hands‑on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols
• Windows Server & Windows 10/11 environments
• VPNs (site‑to‑site & client), Mikrotik Router
  
  OS, firewalls
• Microsoft Active Directory & Office 365
• Certifications:
  
  A+ / N+, MCITP, Network Security+
• Diploma in IT Systems Administration (NQF 4/5) advantageous

• Advanced server & network knowledge
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• High attention to detail, organised and dependable
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

• Team player with a growth mentality

Remuneration Package:

Basic salary of R30 000 – R50 000 depending on experience
