What You’ll Do- Lead and manage the design guild, ensuring work is delivered on time and aligned to sprint objectives.
- Remove blockers, provide direction, and support seamless design operations.
- Own the intake, prioritisation, and allocation of design work—negotiating scope and expectations with key client stakeholders.
- Experience in airline or e-commerce ecosystems is a strong advantage.
