Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support application databases (with a focus on JDE environments)
- Ensure database availability, performance, security, and integrity
- Perform database monitoring, tuning, backups, and recovery
- Support application upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolutions
- Work closely with application, infrastructure, and support teams
- Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices
- Proven experience as an APPS DBA
- Strong hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE)
- Experience supporting databases in enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of database performance tuning, backup, and recovery
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
