Cloud Operations Lead

Overview

We’re looking for a Cloud Operations Lead to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure and ensure it runs securely, reliably, and at peak performance. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our cloud operations—monitoring, automating, optimizing, and supporting cloud systems while working closely with development and engineering teams.

You’ll play a key role in incident response, system maintenance, and continuous improvement, helping us deliver highly available and secure cloud services around the clock.

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security
• Continuously monitor cloud systems and services to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to and resolve cloud-related incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
• Implement and manage cloud automation tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Set up, manage, and enhance monitoring systems and reporting
• Monitor, report on, and manage cloud platform and shared services capacity
• Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams to support cloud-based applications and services
• Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud resources
• Perform regular system maintenance
  , including updates, backups, patching, and security hardening
• Develop and maintain clear documentation for cloud operations processes and procedures
• Provide 24/7 operational support and troubleshoot cloud-related issues as they arise

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant Cloud Certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
