JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a results-driven Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and creative, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage campaigns and projects from concept to completion.
This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple digital channels, and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, and email
- Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, You Tube)
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics and performance reports
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive digital campaigns
- Manage digital projects from briefing to execution, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
- Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to identify new growth opportunities and improve campaign performance
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital channels

Skills:
Digital Visual Design – Creating engaging visuals for social media, digital ads, marketing communications, and email mailers. - Motion Graphics & Animation – Designing animated content for videos, social media, and digital advertising.
- UI & Presentation Design – Designing user-friendly interfaces and professional presentations for digital platforms.
- Digital marketing strategy and execution
- Paid media management and optimisation
- SEO and basic website performance understanding
- Analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Professional
Skills:
Strong project management and organisational skills - Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on performance and ROI
- BA or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- Relevant digital marketing certificates in:
Digital Marketing;
Social Media Marketing;
Google Ads / Meta Ads; SEO or Analytics - Minimum of 2–3 years hands-on experience in a digital marketing role or digital design
- Proven track record of managing and optimising digital campaigns
- Own & live up to company values
