Head of Product (Digital Payments / Super-App)

We are partnering with a fast-growing digital payments and fintech platform to appoint a Head of Product to lead the next phase of scale across its wallet and super-app ecosystem.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing product strategy across payments, financial services, and embedded digital experiences.

You will:

• Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy across digital payments and super-app verticals
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and analysts
• Define the product roadmap aligned to commercial and regulatory priorities
• Work closely with engineering, data, compliance, risk, and commercial teams
• Launch and optimise features across wallet, P2P, merchant payments, lending, BNPL, and value-added services
• Drive user growth, engagement, and monetisation
• Establish product governance, KPIs, experimentation frameworks, and delivery discipline

• 10+ years in product management, with significant exposure to digital payments, wallets, fintech, or super-app ecosystems
• Proven experience launching and scaling payment products at scale
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure (cards, wallets, QR, acquiring, APIs, settlement flows, etc.)
• Experience operating in regulated environments
• Commercially sharp — able to translate strategy into measurable revenue impact
• Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level
