Are you a results-driven digital marketer with hands-on experience running paid media campaigns? Tax Consulting SA is looking for a PPC Specialist with at least one year of practical experience across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to help drive high-quality leads and measurable performance.
This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond entry-level execution and is confident managing, optimising, and analysing paid campaigns in a performance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads
, and other relevant platforms - Conduct audience research and apply insights to campaign targeting and structure
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality and key KPIs, making data-led optimisations
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement
- Structure campaigns to support strong algorithmic performance and avoid auction overlap
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets
- Continuously test and optimise bids, audiences, creatives and landing page alignment
- Prepare clear performance updates and insights for internal stakeholders
- Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends and best practices
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and/or Meta Ads)
- Proven experience working with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads and/or Meta certifications (required or actively working toward)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with confidence working in data
- Solid understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies and audience planning
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in campaign execution
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or similar)
- Experience with Google Analytics or GA4
- Exposure to Linked In Ads or Bing Ads
- Experience working with lead‑generation or professional services campaigns
You’ll be part of a specialist, high‑performing marketing team working on meaningful campaigns in tax, legal and cross‑border advisory, where accuracy, strategy and results matter. This role offers real scope to grow into a more senior paid media position as performance and responsibility increase.
