Are you someone who can do following:
- Develop and execute Spatial strategies for the Bank.
- Conduct site visits of macro and micro nodes to evaluate potential branch and SSD placements.
- Assess GIS and analytical models to measure branch performance and determine optimal placement.
- Evaluate and optimize existing points of presence locations to improve efficiency and market coverage.
- Perform nodal area analysis per region to support long-term planning in alignment with CAPEX strategies.
- Identify gap areas and conduct competitor and market representation analysis.
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide spatial insights at management meetings.
- Develop medium- to long-term spatial framework strategies for catchment areas per region.
- Conduct strategic analysis of data and market trends to forecast representation requirements.
- Compile monthly branch feasibility studies aligned to CAPEX plans and present findings to stakeholders.
- Provide spatial input at Business Case Forums for future investment
- Deliver ad hoc spatial support and analysis for queries as required.
- Build and maintain relationships with property developers and Property Managers to identify potential development opportunities.
- Ownership and execution of strategic projects
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Minimum Qualification:
Geography related qualification - Experience:
7 years working experience in Urban and Regional Planning, Property Management and Valuation, Geoinformatics (GIS) and Real Estate experience - Skills:
Strong background in Geographical Information System, spatial and mapping analysis, Project management and execution, Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret data, models, analytical tools and market trends into actionable insights, Experience property management, MS suite and Mapping tools (Map Info, ArcGIS, etc.)
