POSITION INFO:This organisation offers an environment that values innovation, collaboration and continuous learning. You will support the Business Intelligence function by ensuring that data is accurate, trusted and aligned with source systems. The role involves enhancing current reporting, developing new solutions and working closely with analysts and users to create clear and effective insights. You will also have the chance to guide junior team members and support best practice within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Create complete Business Intelligence solutions from extraction to reporting
- Work with users to understand needs and convert them into clear technical requirements
- Support and improve current data and reporting processes
- Assist with mentoring and uplifting capabilities within the team
Skills Required:
- A qualification in Information Systems, Finance or Mathematics at an NQF Level 6 or higher
- At least 3 years' experience in Business Intelligence development within a Microsoft environment
- Strong skill in MS SQL Server, SQL, SSIS, SSAS, Dev Ops and Power Apps
- 1 year of experience using Power BI
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data modelling and dimensional design
