Lead DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a Lead Dev Ops Engineer to steer our infrastructure strategy at the intersection of media and ad-tech. You’ll lead a talented team, championing automation and robust software design across a sophisticated multi-cloud environment.

• Cloud: GCP (Primary) & Azure (Secondary).
• Orchestration:
  Kubernetes managed via Helm.
• IaC:
  Heavy Terraform for declarative deployments.
• Backend/Frontend:
  FastAPI backends;
  NextJS/React frontends.
• Data:
  Postgres focus (must be DB-agnostic and comfortable with diverse schemas).
• Security & Ops:
  Okta for identity;
  Atlassian suite for PM tooling.

• Guide a high-performing team, setting the technical North Star for our infrastructure.
• Design secure, scalable solutions primarily onGCP, with strategic integration into Azure.
• Build seamless CI/CD flows that empower developers to ship
  
  FastAPI and NextJS apps with confidence.
• Apply rigorous software architecture principles to infrastructure, ensuring "Reliability by Design."
• Support team-dependent DB choices, maintaining high availability for Postgres and beyond.

• Leadership:
  Proven experience mentoring engineers and managing stakeholders.
• Cloud Mastery:
  Deep hands-on expertise in GCP; solid proficiency in Azure.
• K8s Expertise:
  Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm charts.
• Code-First Mindset:
  Strong Terraform skills and a solid grasp of Python (for FastAPI support).
• Architectural Rigor: A deep understanding of how frontends (NextJS/React) and backends scale.
