. Instead of just displaying data, you'll use Omni Scripts and Flex Cards to build intuitive, guided interfaces that turn complex backend logic into a seamless experience for users.

• The Core Skill:
  You must have hands‑on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity). You understand the specific data models and architecture of the Telco vertical.
• The Toolset:
  You are proficient in Omni Studio. You know exactly when to use a Data Raptor to pull data and when to deploy an Integration Procedure to transform it.
• The Industry Context:
  You understand the difference between a sales opportunity and a service order. You know that in Telco, a "product" is a complex bundle of services, and you know how to configure it.
• The Certification:
  If you hold a Salesforce Omni Studio or Communications Cloud certification, you are exactly who we need.
