• Data Platform Engineer (Cloudera)
• Hadoop / Cloudera Administrator
• Data Engineer (Cloudera)
• Data Architect – Cloudera CDP (Governance, Security, Hybrid Cloud)
• Telco Environment Exposure (Advantageous)
• High-volume, high-velocity data (CDRs, network events)
• Real-time streaming and batch analytics
• Enterprise-scale security, governance, and compliance
• Hybrid cloud and on-premise data platforms

• Cloudera CDP (Public & Private Cloud)
• Spark, Hive, Impala
• Kafka, Ni Fi
• Ranger, Atlas, Knox
• Linux, Python, SQL
• AWS / Azure (preferred)

• Strong hands-on Cloudera experience
• Enterprise or telecommunications background preferred

Role Purpose

Manage and optimise Cloudera data platforms supporting network analytics, customer behaviour analysis, and operational intelligence.

• Deploy and maintain Cloudera CDP platforms
• Ensure high availability for mission-critical telco workloads
• Monitor performance and capacity across clusters
• Support hybrid cloud data architectures
• Collaborate with network, analytics, and security teams

• Cloudera CDP, HDFS, YARN, Cloudera Manager
• Linux administration and scripting
• Experience supporting large-scale telco platforms
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)

Role Purpose

Ensure stability, security, and operational excellence of Hadoop/Cloudera platforms used for billing, network monitoring, and customer data.

• Administer Hadoop and Cloudera clusters
• Manage users, access controls, and resources
• Monitor platform health and resolve incidents
• Implement security and compliance controls
• Support audits and regulatory requirements

• Hadoop ecosystem administration
• Ranger, Kerberos, Knox
• Linux systems administration
• Experience in regulated telco environments

Role Purpose

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting CDRs, network events, customer analytics, and fraud detection.

• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Spark and Hive
• Ingest batch and streaming telco data
• Optimise queries and data models
• Ensure data quality and lineage
• Work closely with analysts and data scientists

• Spark (PySpark/Scala), Hive, Impala
• Kafka, NiFi (advantageous)
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Telco data experience preferred
