At Optimal Growth Technologies, we build cloud and infrastructure capabilities that enable scale, resilience, and real business impact. Were looking for a seasoned Head:
Cloud & Infrastructure to take ownership of this portfolio, someone who is as comfortable shaping strategy as they are leading teams, engaging clients, and driving commercial outcomes.

This is a senior leadership role for a proven cloud and infrastructure leader with strong MSP experience, deep technical credibility, and the ability to translate technology into value for customers and the business.

What youll do

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute a cloud and infrastructure strategy aligned to our broader business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing technical and service delivery teams.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence across platforms.

Cloud & Infrastructure Excellence

• Oversee the design, delivery, and optimisation of enterprise-scale cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Ensure high availability, security, scalability, and compliance across all services.
• Establish strong governance, risk management, and operational standards.

MSP & Service Delivery

• Manage MSP operations, including service delivery, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure robust incident, problem, and change management practices.
• Deliver tailored cloud and infrastructure solutions across diverse client environments.

Commercial & Sales Enablement

• Lead solution design input, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
• Partner closely with sales teams to support growth, positioning, and deal closure.
• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements and executive presentations.

Customer & Vendor Relationships

• Build trusted, executive-level relationships with key customers.
• Manage strategic vendor partnerships (including Microsoft, AWS, and others).
• Negotiate contracts, manage performance, and maximise vendor value.

What you bring

• 15+ years experience across cloud, infrastructure, and IT services environments.
• A strong MSP leadership background at senior or executive level.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud and infrastructure, with hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven success supporting sales through solution design, proposals, and negotiations.
• A people-first leadership style with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer engagement skills.

Qualifications & certifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or similar).

Nice to have

• International exposure or global delivery experience.
• Experience working across multiple industries and complex client environments.
