• Analyze Current State:
  Document existing business processes and technology workflows for each feature across all OPCOs.
• Create AS-IS Architecture:
  Develop detailed diagrams of current system components, integrations, and dependencies.
• Map Business & Technology Flows:
  Capture end-to-end process flows, including data movement and system interactions.
• Identify Gaps & Constraints:
  Highlight limitations, pain points, and areas for improvement in the current design.
• Ensure Stakeholder Alignment:
  Validate AS-IS design with business and technical teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Feature Cross-OPCO Maturity Score:
  Develop a matrix to assess feature availability, data architecture conformance, API compliance, and process maturity for prioritizing implementation. Per Feature API Analysis:
  Conduct detailed API reviews for each feature across all OPCOs, including gap analysis and compliance checks.
• Data Architecture Design:
  Define and maintain a robust data architecture that supports interoperability and scalability.
• API Implementation Guidance:
  Provide best-practice guidance for correct API implementation, ensuring consistency across OPCOs.
• Integration Strategy & Standards:
  Establish integration patterns, security standards, and governance for all interfaces.
• Cross-System Connectivity:
  Design and validate end-to-end integration flows between BSS, OSS, and external systems.
• Performance & Compliance Assurance:
  Ensure APIs meet performance benchmarks and adhere to agreed data architecture and regulatory requirements.
