The role requires ownership of the complete sales lifecycle, leadership of high-performing teams, and close collaboration with delivery and leadership stakeholders to ensure sustained revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities🧭
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Own and manage the full sales lifecycle, from strategy to closure and account growth
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing enterprise relationships
- Define and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Lead strategic discussions and negotiations with enterprise customers
- Ensure customer delight through effective engagement and delivery alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients across BFSI, Telecom, and Oil & Gas verticals

- Present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to senior management
- Track pipeline health, forecasts, and revenue metrics

- Extensive experience in IT Services / Technology Consulting sales
- Strong exposure to enterprise selling within BFSI, Telecom, and Oil & Gas sectors
- Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and large accounts
- Hands-on exposure to CRM systems, sales tools, and MS Office
