Description

We’re seeking a skilled Junior
Scrum Master to guide and support our software development team in delivering high-quality solutions.

As our Scrum Master, you’ll be the key driver in applying Scrum principles to help the team achieve excellence. Your role will involve overseeing project timelines, resolving challenges, and mentoring team members in Agile practices.

Your ultimate goal? To foster self-sufficient, adaptable teams that thrive during sprints and consistently deliver value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage each project’s scope and timeline
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., customers or stakeholders)
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

    Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Scrum framework, including its tools and techniques. You should be adept at coordinating teams and projects, with a strong focus on outcomes. If you're a confident communicator, a natural leader, and passionate about Agile methodologies, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master
  • Solid understanding of software development processes
  • Expertise in Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., Definition of Done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Familiarity with other Agile frameworks
  • Strong communication and servant leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Scrum Master certification is advantageous
