Hub Spot Administrator Onsite role - Nairobi or Durban or Johannesburg Hours

We are looking for a detail-driven Hub Spot Administrator to execute flawless technical CRM builds designed by our High-End CRM Specialists. In this role, you will transform strategic CRM architecture into perfectly configured, scalable Hub Spot systems, ensuring every workflow, automation, report, and integration performs reliably in real client environments.

What You’ll Do Technical Implementation
  • Execute Hub Spot configurations based on detailed CRM specialist designs.
  • Build custom properties, workflows, sequences, and automation logic aligned to business processes.
  • Configure forms, landing pages, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, and lead-scoring systems.
  • Implement multi-touch attribution models, reporting dashboards, and revenue tracking frameworks.
  • Create, test, and manage Hub Spot integrations with third-party tools and APIs.
Support & Maintenance
  • Triage and resolve incoming support tickets from retainer clients with speed and accuracy.
  • Diagnose configuration issues and deliver urgent fixes or optimisations for live portals.
  • Perform system health checks, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvements.
  • Maintain clear documentation and structured Hub Spot portal organisation.
Quality Assurance
  • Conduct end-to-end testing before client handover to ensure reliability across scenarios.
  • Validate automation logic, reporting accuracy, and CRM data integrity.
  • Collaborate with senior specialists on complex troubleshooting and QA sign-off.
Client Project Support
  • Support multiple simultaneous client implementations across setup and optimisation phases.
  • Deliver time-sensitive requests with urgency, precision, and professionalism.
  • Participate in internal planning, reviews, and strategic delivery discussions.
What the Role Requires Hub Spot Platform Mastery
  • Deep knowledge of Hub Spot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Advanced workflow automation, custom property architecture, and segmentation strategy.
  • Strong capability in reporting dashboards, attribution tracking, and pipeline configuration.
  • Familiarity with Hub Spot APIs, integrations, platform limits, and creative workarounds.
Technical Skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
  • Basic JavaScript understanding for advanced functionality and integrations.
  • Experience with data imports/exports, database structure, and CRM hygiene best practices.
  • Solid grasp of marketing automation logic and life-cycle management.
