PBT Group is looking for a Data Scientist to design and deploy Machine Learning solutions that drive smarter decisions, operational efficiencies, and measurable cost savings.

You’ll work on high-impact projects, build advanced models, uncover trends, and translate deep analytical insights into actionable business outcomes, all while collaborating with talented teams in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

What you’ll bring:

• 5–8 years’ hands‑on Data Science experience
• Proven ML model build & implementation (GLM, predictive models, etc.)
• Strong Python + Azure + Machine Learning expertise
• Experience in General Insurance (advantageous)
• A strategic mindset, strong stakeholder communication, and a passion for innovation
