As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in converting large‑scale business initiatives into best‑in‑class IT solutions. You will work across multiple squads, partner with technical and business stakeholders, and lead analysis efforts for both new capabilities and enhancements to existing systems.

• Lead end‑to‑end systems analysis for complex initiatives.
• Facilitate functional and systems design to produce clear, high‑quality specifications.
• Analyse and design integration components such as APIs, XML schemas, and web services.
• Develop UML artefacts including use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and ERDs.
• Investigate system behaviours, perform impact assessments and propose scalable solutions.
• Write SQL queries, analyse databases, and support data modelling efforts.
• Support testing teams and perform acceptance/sanity checks.
• Mentor intermediate and junior analysts and contribute to the Analysis Community of Practice.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, product owners, QA teams, and SMEs.

• SWIFT, CIPS, remittance rails, card‑based remittances.
• ISO
  20022 message standards (PAIN, PACS, CAMT).
• RTGS environments such as SAMOS.
• Balance of Payments reporting, Exchange Control, and Finsurv integrations.

• Degree, Diploma or CBAP certification.
• 7+ years Systems Analysis experience.
• 4–5 years Payments or Forex domain experience.
• Strong UML and Use Case modelling experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
