• IT related related qualification
• Minimum 10 years experience in IT support
• Experience managing people
• Proven track record in IT support and technical problem-solving
• Strong understanding of hardware, software systems, and IT infrastructure
• Excellence in customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Leadership capabilities with experience in coordinating support activities
