Digital Marketing Specialist; SEO, Google Ads & Lead Generation

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance their online presence, generate qualified inbound leads, and optimise their digital marketing channels for growth.

This role is focused on improving search visibility, managing paid advertising campaigns, maintaining and optimising the company website, and ensuring a consistent and professional presence across key digital platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the clients growth by increasing online visibility, improving lead generation, and executing effective digital marketing initiatives.

This is a hands‑on execution role with direct impact on the clients business performance and growth.

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to improve lead volume and cost efficiency
• Monitor performance metrics including conversions, cost per lead, and ROI
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and targeting

• Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings
• Manage and optimise Google Business Profile for improved local visibility
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
• Publish blog posts, service pages, and content to improve search performance

• Maintain and update website content, pages, and structure
• Improve user experience and conversion rates
• Ensure website content is accurate, professional, and up to date

• Manage and maintain company social media profiles (primarily Instagram and/or Linked In)
• Post regular content using provided images, videos, and updates
• Ensure consistent and professional online presence

• Execute digital campaigns including email, SMS, or promotional campaigns
• Assist with marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and engagement
• Track and report on campaign performance

• Monitor performance across digital channels
• Provide regular reports on traffic, leads, and campaign performance
• Recommend improvements based on data and performance insights

• 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO and search optimisation
• Experience managing and updating websites (Word Press, Webflow, Wix, or similar)
• Experience managing Google Business Profile
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written English

• Experience with local SEO
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Experience managing social media for businesses
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar
• Experience working with service-based businesses
