New job opportunity for a mid-level QA Tester (ISTQB Certified) familiar with SQL Queries, Integration testing and regression testing and test management tools (JIRA). Experienced in testing ERP and business applications and SDLC knowledge.

Our client, within the IT Business Systems division, is looking for Intermediate QA Testers to strengthen their quality assurance capability. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions that support core business operations.

As part of a structured SDLC and Agile-driven environment, you will be responsible for end-to-end manual testing — from requirement analysis and test planning to defect management, release readiness, and post-implementation validation. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure business continuity and system stability.

• Participate in requirements analysis (BRD/FSD reviews) and identify testable requirements
• Develop detailed test scenarios and test cases aligned to business needs
• Execute manual test cases across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases
• Log, track, and retest defects with clear documentation and reproduction steps
• Prepare and maintain regression packs and test documentation
• Contribute to go/no‑go release decisions and support sign‑off processes
• Perform post‑implementation validation, smoke, and sanity testing
• Provide hyper‑care support and validate production incidents or patches
• Participate in retrospectives and suggest QA process improvements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (non‑negotiable)

• 2–5 years’ experience in software testing across multiple applications
• Experience testing ERP or core business systems
• Exposure to integration and regression testing
• Experience working within Agile frameworks
• Understanding of full SDLC processes

• Manual testing expertise
• Test case creation and documentation
• Defect tracking and triage
• JIRA or similar test management tools
• Basic SQL queries for data validation
• Exposure to performance and security testing practices
• Multi‑platform testing (web, mobile, APIs)
