** Job Description
** To coordinate people and processes and drive business change that delivers value through the structured implementation and delivery of projects against time, resource, budget, and scope constraints for medium to large and/or medium to highly complex BU/PH.
** Project Planning & Execution
*** Initiate, plan, and manage projects by clearly defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
* Develop detailed project plans covering tasks, resources, milestones, and budgets.
* Manage project resources (people, procurement, systems, time, and budget) throughout the full project lifecycle.
* Apply strong understanding of the
** Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
** to support technical teams and ensure high‑quality delivery.
** Stakeholder & Relationship Management
*** Build effective relationships across teams and business units to support collaboration and drive successful project outcomes.
* Maintain consistent communication to support expectation management and project reporting.
** Change & Quality Management
*** Implement change management practices and ensure the operationalisation of change initiatives.
* Monitor project turnaround times and quality standards, resolving issues promptly to enhance service delivery.
* Define and communicate project success criteria throughout the lifecycle.
** Leadership & People Management
*** Lead and influence project teams (direct or indirect) to achieve defined performance outputs.
* Provide technical coaching where required and participate in resource planning aligned to delivery requirements.
** Governance, Compliance & Documentation
*** Deliver projects in alignment with organisational governance frameworks, processes, and methodologies.
* Compile and maintain accurate project documentation and audit‑compliant records.
* Use sound judgment to diagnose issues, analyse causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
** Continuous Improvement & Self-development
*** Apply industry knowledge and best practices to continuously enhance project execution.
* Engage in learning activities that support long‑term professional growth.
* Seek opportunities to improve service delivery and elevate the customer experience.
** Minimum Requirements**
* ** Preferred

Qualification:

** Project Management Diploma or project management accreditation (CAPM, PRINCE2), or a qualification in Management Systems, IT, STEM, or equivalent.
* 4+ years' experience in an IT/digital project environment.
* Demonstrated experience managing software development projects.
* Strong knowledge and practical application of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Familiar with core project management principles, including scoping, planning, execution, stakeholder management, and project closure.
* Experience in Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
* Basic financial and budget management skills.
* Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
* Knowledge of project tracking and enablement tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
* Lead impactful technology initiatives that directly support organisational strategy.
