We are seeking a business-minded Developer to design, build, and deploy automation, low-code applications, and analytics solutions that drive real business transformation. This role goes beyond technical delivery you will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable digital solutions that improve efficiency, insight, and decision-making.

You will identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, redesign workflows using continuous improvement principles, and track measurable business value such as cost savings, improved data quality, and faster decision-making.

Key focus areas include:

Developing automation solutions using Google Apps Script

Building and enhancing App Sheet applications for workflows, approvals, and data capture

Designing impactful Looker Studio dashboards for operational and executive reporting

Integrating solutions with HR, Finance, CRM systems, APIs, and third-party platforms

Leveraging GenAI technologies (Gemini, RAG) to enhance workflows and applications

Ensuring secure deployment, governance, documentation, and user adoption

Supporting onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business process improvement, and change enablement.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Relevant certifications related to automation, analytics, or Google technologies

Technical

Skills:

Strong experience with Google Apps Script

Solid understanding of Google Workspace and system integrations

Experience working with structured datasets, APIs, and data models

Core Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders)

Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
