Technical Analyst

Overview

Our Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join their team. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for analyzing technical requirements, designing and implementing systems and software solutions, and providing technical support to team members and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze technical requirements and provide recommendations for system and software solutions
– Design and develop technical solutions based on business requirements
– Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other team members to implement solutions
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members and clients
– Monitor and maintain systems and software to ensure optimal performance and functionality
– Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends to make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 3 – 5 years of experience in a technical analyst or similar role
– Deep understanding of Rest APIs and integration
– Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python and Java Script
-Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and software integrations.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
– Familiarity with Jira and Software Development Life Cycle tools
