1. Microsoft Copilot & Power Automate (Power Platform)

As an AI developer in this ecosystem, you are responsible for creating agents, automating processes, and integrating AI into business workflows.

• Copilot Studio: Ability to create custom agents (formerly Power Virtual Agents), configure topics, design dialogues, and manage conversational AI.
• Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows): Expertise in designing end-to-end automation, implementing conditional logic, and utilizing AI Builder for document processing and data extraction.
• API & Connector Proficiency: Knowledge of REST APIs to integrate Copilot with external systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, SQL).
• Dataverse Management: Structuring data for AI consumption.

2. Claude & Advanced AI Engineering (Anthropic)

Working with Claude involves creating specialized, repeatable workflows through "Claude Skills" and advanced prompting.

• Claude Skills Development: Building structured, reusable instruction files (.claude/skills/) that encode workflows and best practices, allowing Claude to behave like a team specialist.
• Prompt Engineering: Creating clear, structured prompts (using XML tags, few-shot prompting, and system prompts) for consistent outputs.
• Python/Type Script: Knowledge of Python (3.8+) or Type Script for writing helper scripts and leveraging Anthropic APIs.
• Code Execution & Tool Use: Understanding how to configure Claude to run code, use bash tools, or read files.

3. Core Technical & AI Skills

• AI Literacy: Understanding Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and how to apply them to business scenarios.
• Software Development Basics: Proficiency in Git version control, Agile methodologies, and software debugging.

• Data Handling: Skills in data cleaning, processing, and visualization to prepare data for AI consumption. SQL & Basic data pipeline, Data collection and cleaning

• Azure Cloud Concepts: Knowledge of Azure AI Services and security, which often underpins Microsoft AI tools.
• Machine Learning:
  Regression (linear logic), Decision Trees, Gradient Boosting, Clustering with K-Means

4. Soft Skills & Strategic Thinking

• Stakeholder Engagement: Identifying and scoping automation use cases by working with business teams.
• Responsible AI Awareness: Ensuring AI solutions are ethical, transparent, and comply with data protection regulations.
• Critical Thinking: Evaluating AI-generated code and outputs for accuracy.
