Data Analyst — Join PBT Group

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights? PBT Group is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team and help transform raw data into actionable intelligence that drives real business impact.

You’ll play a key role in sourcing, preparing, analysing, and visualising data across the business — working closely with stakeholders to uncover insights that support smarter decisions and better outcomes.

? What you’ll be doing

Data Preparation

• Source, cleanse, transform, and integrate data from multiple systems

• Ensure data quality and compliance within a strict governance framework

Analysis & Visualisation

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

• Create insightful reports and dashboards for end users

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements

• Translate business questions into analytical solutions

Data Integration

• Support ETL processes and contribute to robust information architecture

• Work with relational databases and large-scale datasets

About you:

You’re analytical, curious, and comfortable working with data from end to end. You enjoy solving problems and communicating insights in a clear, impactful way.

You bring:

• 2–5 years’ experience performing data analysis in a BI environment

• Functional experience in analytics, data visualisation, or reporting

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large datasets and relational databases

• Experience using reporting packages and BI toolsets

• Exposure to data profiling, data quality, and reference data tools

• Knowledge of BI processes and methodologies (SQL, application & information architecture, ETL procedures)

• Experience with data integration

• Familiarity with agile development (advantageous)

• The ability to manage data assets under governance frameworks
